PTD may assign its rights under this agreement without condition. (h) This
agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their
successors and permitted assigns. (i) PTD reserves the right to amend these
Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice, and it is your
responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions for any changes. Your use of
the PTD Website following any amendment of these Terms and Conditions will
signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms. you agree that any
cause of action ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PTD WEBSITE MUST COMMENCE
WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES, OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF
ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
